Guilford County Schools and Innovate recognizes the importance of promoting diversity and inclusivity in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields. The Girls Who Game Club aims to provide a supportive environment for female students interested in gaming, coding, and related STEM activities. To ensure the success and sustainability of the club, mentorship from qualified teachers is essential. Through mentorship and guidance from Guilford County Schools teachers, club members grow in fostering their interest and skills in gaming and STEM fields. Mentors also create a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the club, promoting diversity and gender equity in STEM education.
