The Cora Paul Bomar Lecture Fund was endowed in 2002 with the expressed purpose of bringing speakers of note to UNC Greensboro on an annual basis for the benefit of faculty, students, and alumni.

Bringing together educators, students, faculty, staff, and other community members to explore issues that are relevant and pressing related to education.
ELC CRITICAL CONVERSATIONS CONFERENCE
Creating a dialogue to address the current socio-political climate in the United States.
EMERGENT VOICES IN EVALUATION (EVIE)
Fosters dialogue about evaluation among novice evaluators (graduate students) about important topics that are encountered in evaluation theory and practice.
REBECCA CARVER INSTITUTE
Capacity building endeavor to reach more educators and learners in schools and community organizations and a continuation of the work Dr. Carver did as a part of the Educational Leadership and Cultural Foundations department.
