The Microcourses Program within the Institute for Partnerships in Education (IPiE) aims to develop and implement customized and timely professional learning opportunities for PK-12 and Higher Education educators, administrators, and support staff that lead to  micro-credentials and graduate course credit. The program brings together UNCG School of Education faculty and educational leaders to collaboratively identify and design 1 – 3 credit hour courses that match professional learning demands.  Microcourses provide a mechanism to address the emerging, specific, and mid-career professional learning needs of PSUs while also providing micro-credentials that meet current and available standards for state approval.
