Jon Henner headshotDr. Jon Henner, faculty member in the Professions in Deafness program in the UNCG SOE Specialized Education Services (SES) Department, has been named as one of the two recipients of the UNCG School of Education 2019 Distinguished Research Scholar Award!

Dr. Henner is being recognized for his research achievements in signed language linguistics, assessment of signed languages for Deaf and hard of hearing children, language cognition and research methods with Deaf and hard of hearing children. He will receive this award at the SOE All School Awards ceremony on May 2. Congratulations, Dr. Henner!
