Impact Through Innovation is a UNCG School of Education initiative that provides faculty, students, and alumni opportunities to develop innovative ideas into powerful projects that impact individuals and communities in a wide range of areas.

Last year, ITI helped Dr. Noah Lenstra (LIS) develop a high-quality website that positions him to connect with libraries across the US and beyond, leveraging libraries to advance public health. Read more at Let’s Move in Libraries.

Also last year, students in Counseling and Educational Development and in Library and Information Studies participated in a new student innovation process called Kickbox. Created by Adobe, Kickbox is an innovation tool kit that allows students to practice innovation thinking while working on practical challenges encountered in their fields of study.
