Dr. DiAnne Borders, a faculty member in the Department of Counseling and Educational Development, has worked on an innovation project called the Clinical Supervision Research Collaborative (CSRC) for the last two years. Her goal was to enhance the quality and quantity of research being produced about clinical supervision as a method of training helping professionals.

CSRC bringing together supervision practitioners and researchers from around the world, and the exciting news is that she is making great progress! Researchers from across the globe have joined the collaborative and the organization is expanding rapidly. Dr. Borders recently recorded an interview on the ITI Podcast in which she describes her motivations, learning, and successes in creating the CSRC initiative that is now beginning to have worldwide impact. Listen to the conversation.
