With a career spanning international special education, inclusive practices, and educator preparation, Dr. Chitiyo brings a collaborative, innovative approach to leadership. Prior to his role as Interim Dean, he chaired the Department of Specialized Education Services (SES), where he strengthened district partnerships and championed student and faculty success.
