Do you have an idea connected to your research, teaching, or service that you’d like to develop further?
We invite you to join a collaborative conversation with colleagues in a safe, supportive, and low-barrier environment. In these sessions, one colleague shares a project or idea, and the group offers questions, constructive feedback, and thoughtful suggestions to strengthen and expand the presenter’s thinking.
This is a space for exploration, curiosity, and growth—you do not need to have it all figured out. To participate, simply provide a one-page overview of your idea along with a few guiding questions you’d like the group to consider. The overview will be shared with attendees in advance so the conversation can be focused and meaningful.
Ground rules ensure that feedback is constructive and supportive, creating a space where your ideas are protected and nurtured. This proven collaborative process helps move ideas forward and makes it easier to take the next step with clarity and confidence.
