Specialized Education Services (SES)

Empower Your Future

Our innovative programs in the Department of Specialized Education Services (SES) empower students with the knowledge and skills to support school-age learners with mild to moderate disabilities and advocate for individuals who are Deaf, Deaf-blind, or hard of hearing. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, cutting-edge teaching methods, and a commitment to social justice, we prepare future educators and advocates to make a meaningful impact in all communities.

Transfer In

We believe in providing a supportive environment to help you seamlessly transfer and continue your education with us.

If you have completed an AAS degree, your credits will transfer on a course-by-course basis unless your degree is covered by a specific 2Plus program.

Committed to the Success of our Students

Fulfilling a desire from our undergraduate students for further tools to help them be successful, the Academic Support Hub provides additional supports for School of Education students by offering tutoring services in a variety of areas. Students can obtain extra assistance in ASL, CSC 120, and in preparing for Praxis exams.
