SOE Event Consultations
In order to assist with effectively developing, managing, and marketing events sponsored by the School of Education (SOE), the Communications, Media, and Events group offer SOE Event Consultation services. The event will be planned, executed, and paid for by your department or program, but the Event Consultation can guide you through the process.
During this process you will be guided through some of the many resources available for you to use, including but not limited to, checklist/timelines, invitations/program design, catering contacts, menu recommendations, room reservations, parking, photography, and décor.
Consultation request should be made a minimum of 3-6 months in advance in order for you to receive the full benefit of this service. Requests made later than that may not receive full level of support.
