Writing and Robotics Summer Camp
SELF Design Studio, UNC Greensboro School of Education
Thank you for your interest in Writing and Robotics Summer Camp.
We will not be running a program in the Summer of 2023.
We will back someday soon.
Writing and Robotics is an afternoon companion program for campers who are rising 3rd grade – 5th grade. This camp works in conjunction with the School of Education Young Writers’ Camp. In this robotics program, we will give students an opportunity to design and construct a working robot based on the writing they create in the Young Writers’ Camp. The tool we will be using is called the Hummingbird Robotics kit.
All campers will receive a Writing and Robotics t-shirt, daily snack, and will be featured in a video of their robotic creation while at camp. We will also provide a pizza lunch on Friday afternoon.
Since this is an intense hands-on experience, we have limited enrollment to only 12 campers, so we expect spaces to fill quickly.
This camp is only open to campers enrolled in the UNC Greensboro School of Education’s Young Writers’ Camp.
