Instructional Technology Support

The office of Instructional Technology Support has computer labs, mobile laptop carts, and video conferencing equipment (audio and video) available for checkout by SOE faculty and staff.

Video Conferencing equipment is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. SOE faculty and staff can checkout Logitech video conferencing systems to use in classrooms or conference rooms. The systems work with Mac or PC computers. Click on the links below to learn more about the SOE video conferencing equipment and view the reservation schedules through the Google Calendars. To reserve the equipment, complete the reservation form located below the calendar. Please make reservations as early as possible.

Meeting Owl Pro Video Conference Device (max 25 people)

The Meeting Ow Pro video conference device is an all-in-one, 360° camera, mics, and speaker that works with all platforms such as  Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meeting.  The device works with Mac and PC and can be connected to a projector to view the remote site on a screen.

Logitech Group ConferenceCam (max 25 people)

The Logitech Conference Group can be used with Mac or PC, to run virtual conference applications. It can be connected to a projector to view the remote site on a screen.

This system includes a camera with a 90-degree field of view, a speakerphone, and two additional expansions mics, for better coverage with a larger group.

Logitech BCC950 ConferenceCam (max 4 people)

The Logitech BCC950 ConferenceCam can be used with Mac or PC, to run virtual conference applications. It can be connected to a projector to view the remote site on a screen.

This system includes a camera that can be placed on an extender, as seen in the photo below, to cover a larger viewing area and a speakerphone.
