SUMMARY:Professional Preparation Conference
DESCRIPTION:This is an event open to all student teachers at UNCG for the 2025-26 school year. They will receive valuable information about getting their first teaching job and being successful in their first year of teaching. Seven local school districts will present and also recruit our student teachers. There will be topic presentations and mock interviews during the evening.

SUMMARY:SNCAE Fall Leadership Conference
DESCRIPTION:The UNCG Chapter of Student North Carolina Association of Educators (SNCAE) is hosting the state Fall Leadership Conference at UNCG in the School of Education on September 26th and September 27th\, 2025. On Friday\, September 26th\, the conference will begin at 4pm. On Saturday\, September 27th\, the conference will continue and be in session from 8am-4pm. This conference is for leaders of all North Carolina campus student chapters of SNCAE to come together to plan for the year\, conduct leadership training\, and discuss critical education issues affecting state and national level educators. 45-50 students are anticipated to attend the event including students in our SNCAE campus chapter.
