Biography
Noah Lenstra takes a community engagement approach to the study and teaching of libraries. His current research focuses on how public libraries support health and wellness through programs and partnerships. His dissertation analyzed how public libraries and senior centers are used by senior citizens learning digital technologies. Past research has focused on digital heritage, genealogy, archives, and community engagement in libraries. He teaches in the areas of community informatics, project management, and foundations of library and information science.
