Biography

Michael A. Crumpton, MLS, SPHR, is the Assistant Dean for Administrative Services at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mike oversees administration of budgets, human resources and facilities; organizes space and remodeling issues. He is an instructor for the Department of Library and Information Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mike is the current president of the North Carolina Library Association. He is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional and also holds a graduate certificate in Adult Teaching. Mike is the editor-in-chief for the Journal of Learning Spaces and has written multiple chapters, articles and monographs.
