Biography

Matthew Fisher has traveled a long and winding road to arrive at the School of Education.  His experiences as a paperboy, Denny’s dishwasher, marine biologist, horseshoe crab bleeder, graphic designer, middle school science teacher, science book editor, polymer clay artist, and summer camp director have prepared him well to guide the students of the School of Education through magically delicious experiences in the SELF Design Studio.  He currently lives in Greensboro, NC with his wife, two daughters, and three cats.  And he likes eating pepperoni pizza.  A lot.
