Endowments

Sarah and Bob Jordan have made it possible for UNCG students interested in becoming teachers to know boundless opportunities through access and excellence in education through their support of the Sarah Cole Jordan Class of 1956 UNCG Teacher Education Fellows Endowment Fund.

An endowment is a financial gift that’s invested to meet a donor’s desire to make a difference on a permanent basis. The gift becomes part of the larger UNCG endowment, allowing the principal to earn interest to fund scholarships, program funds, professorships, and more. Because endowments are forever, the giver can give them an honorary name.
